In most cases, no. Our vacuum system reaches up to three storeys from ground level with a pole-mounted head and camera, so ladders aren't needed for the vast majority of properties we work on.

Light rain doesn't usually stop the job, since the vacuum system is unaffected by damp debris. Strong wind or genuinely severe weather can mean rescheduling for safety, and we'll always let you know in advance if that's likely.
