What to tell us

A quick note about the job helps us give you an accurate quote first time. Let us know your postcode, the type of property, how many storeys it has, and what you would like cleaned, whether that is the roof, gutters, fascias and soffits, render, windows or a driveway and patio.

Access makes a real difference, so mention it if the back of the house is reached through a lane, a locked yard or a neighbour's garden. Photos sent by email are always useful. We work for homeowners and commercial premises up to 45 miles from our base in Washington, NE37, and we are always open for enquiries.

Photos that help us understand the job

A wide view shows the layout: the roof above a conservatory, the route to a rear gutter or the full stretch of paving. Add a closer photo of the moss, staining or overflowing point if it is visible safely from the ground. There is no need to climb up to take a picture. If several surfaces need cleaning, show each one so we can consider them together.

After you get in touch

We use your description and photos to understand the work and access. If something is unclear, we can talk it through before quoting; roof cleaning starts with an assessment and an agreed method. Tell us if you want another service during the visit, such as windows after gutter clearing. The quote can then reflect the work you actually want, rather than leaving an extra job to arrange later.
