Restore Your Driveway or Patio in Redcar
Fully insured pressure washing across Redcar, covering driveways, patios and walls. Biocide trained, honest pricing. Speak to Trevor on 07501 060609.

Whatever the season, we adjust the job to conditions: lower pressure and more dwell time on frost-softened jointing in early spring, standard technique through the drier months, and careful attention to leaf-stained patios in autumn.
Re-sanding, sealing and stain treatment are available as add-ons if you want the result to last rather than just look good on the day. Call Trevor on 07501 060609 for a quote.
We get there with rotary surface cleaners on open areas, hand lances for detail work, and re-sanding or sealing afterwards if you want the finish to last rather than just look good for a season.
Pressure Washing near Redcar
Covering Redcar and the wider Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council area
Within Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar is one of the areas we visit most regularly for pressure washing, alongside neighbouring towns and villages across the same council area.
That regularity means we're familiar with common local surfaces - from older stone paths to modern block-paved estates - and can generally offer a prompt appointment rather than a long wait.
Booking multiple areas together
Combining a driveway with a patio, path or wall in the same visit is usually better value than booking them separately, since we're on-site with equipment set up regardless of how many areas we're cleaning.
Get in touch with a rough idea of what you'd like covered and we'll put together a single quote for the visit.
Parking and vehicle access during the job
We ask that vehicles are moved off the driveway or area being cleaned before we arrive where possible, since it lets us cover the whole surface in one pass rather than working around a parked car.
For patios and yards behind the house, side access wide enough for a hose and equipment is normally all that's needed - we'll ask about this when confirming the booking.
Trained to recognise what we shouldn't touch
- Asbestos awareness trained
- We know the signs of older materials that need specialist handling rather than a standard pressure wash, and we'll flag rather than guess.
- Spill management trained
- Any chemicals used are handled and contained properly on-site.
- Fully insured
- Full insurance cover for peace of mind on every job.
- Honest assessment
- If a surface isn't suitable for pressure washing, we'll say so rather than doing the job anyway.
Homeowners
Preparing a home for sale or viewings
Driveways and patios are exactly the kind of thing buyers notice without consciously registering why a property feels well cared for. A pressure wash ahead of viewings is one of the cheapest, quickest improvements available before photos or an open house.
Dealing with oil, rust or organic staining
- 1
Identify the stain type
Oil, rust and organic staining (algae, sap, leaf tannin) each respond to different treatments, so we work out what we're dealing with first.
- 2
Apply targeted pre-treatment
A suitable degreaser or biocide is applied directly to the stained area and left to work before washing begins.
- 3
Pressure wash the treated area
Once the treatment has had time to work, the area is washed at a pressure appropriate to the surface.
- 4
Assess and repeat if needed
Deep or old staining sometimes needs a second treatment - we'll tell you honestly if full removal isn't realistic in one visit.
- 5
Blend with surrounding surface
The treated area is washed to match the rest of the surface so there's no visible patch where the stain used to be.
Render, brick and painted walls
- Walls need the gentlest approach of anything we clean - render and paintwork can be damaged by direct high-pressure jetting, and old brick pointing can be washed out the same way jointing sand is. We use a soft-wash technique on walls, often with a biocide treatment, rather than a direct pressure jet.
Rotary surface cleaner vs hand lance
A rotary surface cleaner spins two jets under a covered head, giving an even, streak-free finish over large flat areas like driveways and yards without the banding a hand lance can leave when swept by eye.
A hand lance is better suited to edges, steps, tight corners and vertical surfaces like walls, where a rotary head simply can't reach or where more control over angle and pressure is needed.
Most jobs use both - the rotary head for the bulk of the area and the lance to finish the parts it can't cover - which is why coverage and finish come out consistent rather than patchy.
Pressure Washing in Redcar — common questions
Light annual maintenance or a driveway that's had years of neglect - both are within scope, and we'll price and approach them differently rather than applying a flat rate regardless of condition.
A proper pressure wash resets a driveway or patio to close to its original condition, not just a marginal improvement - and with re-sanding or sealing added, that finish holds for longer.
More than one area to clean?
Algae and moss only build up further left untreated. Book now and we'll get your driveway or patio sorted before the weather turns.
