About Annual Cleaning Solutions
A Washington based exterior cleaning business looking after homes and businesses across the North East.
Who we are
Annual Cleaning Solutions is an exterior cleaning business run by Trevor and based in Washington, NE37. From there we travel up to 45 miles to work on houses, flats, shops and commercial premises, which takes in Sunderland, Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham and the towns and villages in between.
The work covers the outside of a property from the roof down to the driveway. Most customers come to us for one job, such as a blocked gutter or a green roof, and then add the roofline, render or paving once they see the difference a proper clean makes.
What we do
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Fascia and soffit cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Render cleaning
- Soft washing
- Pure water window cleaning
- Conservatory roof cleaning
- Exterior house cleaning
Gutters are cleared with a gutter vacuum system worked from the ground on lightweight poles, so nothing leans against your guttering or fascia boards and the debris is drawn into the machine rather than dropped down your walls. Windows are cleaned with purified water through a water-fed pole, and roofs, render and roofline boards are cleaned with methods chosen to suit each surface.
How we work
We are fully insured and trained in biocide use and asbestos awareness. That training matters on exterior work: treatments used on moss, algae and lichen need to be handled and applied correctly, and older properties can include materials that call for care before any cleaning starts.
We look after you and your property. Tell us what needs doing and we will talk through the options, explain the method we would use and give you a quote for the job.
