No. Each property is quoted on the services you choose, and quotes are free.

The whole outside of the house, one team

When the outside of a house looks tired, it is rarely just one thing. The windows are smeared, the gutters are full, the fascias have gone green, the render is streaked and the drive has turned dark. Booking five different trades to sort it out is a hassle most people would rather avoid.

Every part of that list is something we already do. This page sets out which of our services covers which part of your home, from the roof down to the ground, so you can choose the parts you want and have them done together.

We do not sell a fixed package. You tell us what bothers you about the outside of the house, we look at it and suggest the methods that suit each surface, and you decide what to go ahead with.

Roof and roofline

Roof moss removal, gutter vac clearing and fascia and soffit soft washing.

Walls

Render and brick cleaning using soft washing and steam.

Glass

Pure water window cleaning for glass, frames and sills, plus conservatory cleaning.

Ground

Pressure jet washing of driveways, patios, decking and fencing, and tarmac restoration.

Planning the work

Doing it in the right order

When several parts of a house are being cleaned, the order matters. Work at the top, such as roofs and gutters, can send debris and water down the walls, so it makes sense for the roof and roofline to come first, then the walls and glass, then the ground.

Combining jobs at one address also saves a return trip. Clearing the gutters and washing the fascias on the same visit, or cleaning the patio while the render is being done, is simpler for you and for us.

Each surface still gets its own method. Roofs, render, PVC and decking are soft washed, hard paving is pressure washed, and glass is cleaned with purified water with no detergents.
