White uPVC that has gone green or grey
uPVC frames are sold as low maintenance, and they are, but they are not no maintenance. Over a few years the white plastic picks up a grey film of traffic dirt, green algae settles along the tops of frames and sills, and black marks gather in the corners and around the rubber seals.
PVC is one of the surfaces suited to soft washing, which uses a low pressure water system and a dilute solution to remove algae, mould and grime without harsh force. Our pure water window cleaning also cleans the frames, sills and rubber seals, not just the glass, with purified water brushed on and rinsed away.

Because the water fed poles reach upper floor windows from ground level, there is no ladder leaning on gutters, render or conservatory roofs while the frames are cleaned. Purified water has had the dissolved minerals removed, so it does not dry onto the plastic or the glass as spots and streaks.
