Regular Window Cleaning Across Washington and the North East

A single clean or an ongoing round?

A one-off window clean answers a need at that moment. A regular round means deciding how you want the windows looked after beyond the first visit. Instead of treating every clean as an isolated job, you agree a frequency that suits your property and the way you use it. The choice is yours: there is no fixed interval published here and no assumption that neighbouring properties need the same arrangement.

Think about which windows you notice most and what makes you want them cleaned. For a home, that might be the view through the glass; for a business, it might be the frontage seen by customers. Those priorities give the conversation a useful starting point. Our window cleaning service explains the wider method, while this page concentrates on arranging repeat visits around your needs.

Pure water delivered through a pole

We use pure water and a water-fed pole, working from ground level. Water travels through the pole to the cleaning head, so the glass can be washed without the cleaner standing beside each upstairs window. The pole brings the cleaning head to the window rather than bringing the cleaner up to it. Tell us about windows that sit above another part of the building or are difficult to approach so we can discuss the access.

Glass is only one part of the job. The frames and sills are cleaned too, rather than leaving the pane looking different from the surfaces around it. On a regular round, that remains the scope of the window clean. A pole-based method does not mean that every window on every building is automatically reachable: the position of the window and the space available below it still need to be considered.

Agreeing the frequency with you

How often we visit is agreed with each customer to suit the property and its exposure. There is no set timetable that you have to choose from on this page. Describe what you see between cleans and what you would like to achieve, then ask about a regular arrangement. If you have been booking one-off work, that experience can help explain the point at which the windows start to bother you again.

Exposure is part of the discussion, not a reason to prescribe the same interval for everyone. A window that faces the weather may be different from one sheltered by the building. Your own expectations matter as well: two people looking at similar windows may want different levels of attention. We agree the frequency with you rather than presenting an interval as a rule for the whole North East.

Glass, frames and sills on each visit

The regular window clean covers the glass, its frames and its sills. When asking about your property, describe the whole window rather than only the visible pane. That helps keep the agreed work clear from the outset. If there is a particular side of the building you want us to consider, mention it along with the windows you want included.

Doors are worth discussing separately. The confirmed scope here is glass, frames and sills; it is not a promise that every door or other exterior surface is included in a window round. Tell us what you mean by door cleaning when you enquire so the work can be agreed. The same applies to conservatories: conservatory cleaning is an existing service, but it should not be assumed to form part of every regular window visit.

Planning gutters and fascias alongside windows

If you also need gutter vac clearing or fascia and soffit cleaning, mention that when arranging your windows. You can ask about combining the work on a visit rather than sending separate enquiries without explaining that they concern the same property. The window round and the additional work should be discussed together so there is a clear understanding of what you want done.

These are separate tasks, not extras automatically included each time the windows are cleaned. Gutter clearing addresses the contents of the gutter run; fascia and soffit cleaning concerns the roofline surfaces. Neither should be confused with cleaning the glass, frames and sills. Asking about them together is a practical way to describe your priorities, without assuming that every repeat window visit needs the same additional work.

Regular cleaning for homes and businesses

Annual Cleaning Solutions cleans windows for homes and commercial premises. If you are enquiring for a shop or office, explain which windows and frontage you want cleaned and any access considerations. The frequency is still agreed with the customer, rather than set by the type of business alone. Our commercial window cleaning page provides the separate service information for commercial enquiries.

We are fully insured. Whether the enquiry concerns your home or a workplace, explain where the property is and which windows need attention. You do not need to choose a fixed interval before contacting us: the work and frequency are agreed with you.

From Washington across our service area

Our base is in Washington, NE37, and we cover up to 45 miles. Check the areas we cover and tell us where your property is when enquiring about joining a regular round.

To discuss regular window cleaning, contact Annual Cleaning Solutions or call 07501060609. Mention any gutters or roofline cleaning you also want considered. We can then discuss the window work, the property’s exposure and a frequency agreed with you. There are no published round intervals here to commit to before that conversation.

Questions about your regular window clean

Do I need to be home for a regular clean?
We work from the ground. Whether you need to be present depends on access, so discuss that with us before agreeing your regular clean.
Do you clean frames and sills each time?
Yes. Each window clean covers the glass, frames and sills, not the glass alone.
Can you reach upstairs and top-floor windows without ladders?
The water-fed pole allows cleaning from ground level. Tell us about the window positions and access so we can discuss what can be reached at your property.
Can you add gutter or fascia cleaning to my round?
Ask about gutter vac clearing and fascia and soffit cleaning when arranging the window work. They are separate services to agree with us, not automatically included in each visit.
Do you clean windows for shops and offices?
Yes. We clean windows for homes and commercial premises, including shops and offices. The frequency is agreed with each customer.
