Facade cleaning that protects the cladding
Cladding weathers quietly. North-facing panels go green with algae, panels near roads pick up a grey traffic film, and fixings and joints streak with rust-coloured runs. On a commercial building the cladding is most of what customers see; on a home, uPVC cladding and shiplap boards dull in the same way.
Cladding cleaning removes that build-up by soft washing: a dilute cleaning solution applied at low pressure, left to work on the growth and grime, then rinsed. High pressure is avoided because it can force water behind panels, strip coatings and mark the surface. This is cleaning only: we do not offer cladding restoration, respraying or recoating.
Our cladding cleaning service guide explains the method in more depth. For the rest of a commercial building, see commercial exterior cleaning; for uPVC frames and boards on homes, see uPVC cleaning.
