Pressure washer jet lifting dirt from block paving beside a worker's boots

Commercial pressure washing across the North East

Hard surfaces at business premises pressure washed: car parks, forecourts, yards, walkways and bin stores, planned around your trading day.

Hard surfaces that stay presentable

The ground around a business takes a beating. Car parks and forecourts collect oil drips, tyre marks and chewing gum, walkways go green and slippery each winter, and bin stores and service yards hold smells and grime that no amount of sweeping shifts. Customers and staff notice the state of the ground before they reach the door.

Commercial pressure washing deals with those surfaces. We pressure wash car parks, forecourts, yards, walkways, loading areas and bin stores, lifting oil staining, algae, moss and ground-in dirt, with treatments for chewing gum and stubborn marks where needed.

This page is about the hard surfaces on a site. For the building itself, including walls, signage and windows, see commercial exterior cleaning. For domestic driveways and patios, see pressure washing.

Car parks, forecourts and yards

Car park cleaning is mostly about oil, rubber and the black film that builds where vehicles stand. Pressure washing lifts the surface grime, and marked bays and edges come back clearly once the dirt is off. Forecourts and yards get the same treatment, with attention to drains so debris is gathered rather than washed into them. Our guides to car park cleaning services and forecourt cleaning explain what each job involves.

Walkways and paths around a building go slippery with algae from autumn onwards, which is a genuine slip risk for staff and visitors. Regular clearing keeps them safe as well as tidy.

Bin stores and service yards are the jobs nobody photographs but everybody smells. Spilled waste, grease and standing grime are washed out and the area is left rinsed down. On sites with food waste, a periodic clean keeps the area manageable between waste collections.

Chewing gum and stubborn marks

Chewing gum on paving resists ordinary washing because it bonds to the surface. It is treated and lifted as a separate task, so entrances and pavements come up clean rather than dotted. Our chewing gum removal from pavements guide covers how it is done.

Commercial pressure washing rates

We do not publish commercial rates, because site work is priced on the area, the surface, the level of soiling, water and power access, and whether the work is done in one visit or as a regular contract. Our commercial pressure washing rates guide explains those factors, and the quote form is the quickest way to a figure for your site.
