What we do in Middlesbrough

Window cleaning with pure water
Our water is filtered and de-ionised before it reaches the brush on the end of a long pole. With the minerals stripped out it dries clear on the glass, so there is no need for soap and no streaky film left behind.

Driveways and patios
Block paving, concrete and slabs lose their colour under moss, weeds, algae and tyre marks. We clean them with the pressure and nozzle set for the surface, then re-sand block paving joints, treat remaining growth and re-seal if you want a finish that holds up longer.

Render and brick
Painted and rendered walls turn green on the shady side and streak below sills. We clean render by soft washing and steam, which treats the growth instead of blasting the surface; the method is set out on our render cleaning page.
Brick gets the same gentle approach, with the brick and pointing checked first so older walls are not damaged by the clean.
Gutter clearing

Terraced streets and larger suburbs
On the Victorian terraces near the centre, front windows open straight onto the pavement and the backs face narrow yards. We work from the street at the front, and from the yard or back alley where we can reach it, so let us know if a gate needs unlocking.
In the roomier suburbs to the south, the jobs tend to be bigger: wide drives, patios at the back and render on extensions. These are where combining several services in one booking makes most sense, because the van and equipment are already on site.
Newer estates on the edges of town bring their own jobs: grey block paving that has gone green at the edges, white uPVC rooflines streaked by rain and conservatories that face the prevailing weather.
